Do I need an AI key?

What does it cost?
Free costs nothing and has no time limit: create jobs, upload CVs, get scores with quoted evidence and share review links. Free access is approved personally by the founder — no card, no time limit. Standard is optional, at ₹2,799 a month ($29 outside India) for your whole team, with no per-seat fees and no annual contract. It adds unlimited CVs under fair use, priority founder support and early features. On either plan, your AI provider bills you separately for the scoring you run.
Who sees candidate data?
Only people in your workspace. Names stay hidden until you shortlist, and a hiring manager sees only the shortlist you share by link. CV text is scored by the AI provider on your own key, and we never train on your data.
What if our ATS or HRMS pushes CVs via API?
Create an intake key in your workspace and post CVs to the intake endpoint; they land in the job you name and are scored like uploads. See the intake API guide.
How is a score justified?
You set the criteria. For each one, the score shows the exact words from the CV that support it. No quote, no credit.
Does the AI reject candidates?
No. It ranks and explains; a person makes and confirms every shortlist and rejection decision.
Is it DPDP and GDPR minded?
Yes. Names are hidden until shortlist, no Aadhaar numbers are collected, and you can hard-delete any candidate.
What if a CV is a photo or a scan?
Upload it as it is. Photos and scanned pages are read like any other CV, and the quotes still come from the page.
